Linda and I went to paint
at Kepanawai Park in September. Not a cloud of any kind was
visible, even the plants drooped in the hot summer sun. Lots
of people and their dogs bathed in the stream, which was still
miraculously deep. We tried to record a scene of unusual contrasts.
