Psyche by Amanda Opsahl McConnell is a mixture of fantasy and reality. The show consists of a range of works, most in bright colors, including four pieces painted in oil on used wood palettes. The depth of McConnell's explorations can be seen in three non-color pieces, two done in charcoal on rag paper and another as a hand-pulled lithograph. Her subjects for this show range from mythic topics to reality but even the reality is dream-like.
